deserve better, were fully understood back in July/Aug/Sept.

| So to retrieve the situation, photos were shuffled, captions put in a hat, passers-by asked to choose a photo, any one, then dip into the hat for a caption. If the caption and photo bore any resemblance to each other and to the real thing, that attempt was disqualified, the passer-by in question was keel hauled, and the next passer-by was selected from the dozen or so remaining in the cage. |
